Thy Kingdom Come!
Megan was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She consecrated her life to Christ within Regnum Christi in 1999 after finishing high school. During these years she has been dedicated to serving Christ and his Church in Mexico, Italy and Spain. The various missions she has been sent on have given her experience in pastoral work with Youth and Young adults – spiritual accompaniment, retreats, missions, vocational discernment, etc. She has also helped recently with the formation of consecrated women in their initial years. She feels she has always received more than she has been able to give in each mission.
While recognizing that the mission of making Christ´s Kingdom present in our hearts and in the world is far beyond our merely human possibilities, and can only be achieved by the Holy Spirit, she is also convinced that Christ has invited us to collaborate with him by giving the best of ourselves. That is why she has pursued and received a bachellor´s degree in Education and Development from the Anahuac University in Mexico, theological studies culminating in an ecclesiastical master´s degree (SThL) in Spiritual Theology from the Pontifical Atheneum Regina Apostolorum in Rome, a local master´s degree in Educational Accompaniment from the Francisco de Vitoria University in Madrid, a diploma from a two year course in Theology and Canon Law of Consecrated Life from the CICLSAL in Rome. She is continuing her formation in spiritual accompaniment particularly for Ignatian Spiritual Exercises through the Universtiy of Comillas in Spain and is serving the young adults in Cincinnati.
